"Kirkland's has many lovely items to browse, nice art and home decor. The only drawback is someone like me that has allergies can't handle that strong smell of potpourri or whatever scent they sell. Sweet but strong enough to notice out in the mall hallway."
"★★★★★ ★★★★★5 out of 5 stars. you · a few seconds ago Kitchen Mat in blue and white I am very happy with the blue and white mat I purchased from Kirklands last month. I have back problems and standing on this mat in my kitchen keeps my back from hurting as much as it would without the mat. I loved the mat so much I went back to get another 1 for myself, and 1 for my daughter too. I know she will love it as much as I do."
"I always have to stop in this store whenever I’m in the area. I love Kirkland’s and I love the welcoming atmosphere of this location. My family already knows that we don’t go in the mall without visiting Kirkland’s. The products are always displayed so beautifully. The staff is friendly. And I can always find wonderful jewels for my home."
"This was my second visit at this location. The first time, I was not greeted and I was the only customer in the store. The associates were putting out product and I had to get someone to ring me out. My second visit was unpleasant. The only good thing is that I was greeted this time. I was looking for a very specific item, a door mat. I found the perfect one. When I got to the register, I noticed a visible tear on the side of the rug. Because I loved the rug so much, I was hoping there were more in stock. I’m assuming the lady standing near the register near the associate was a manager, because the cashier asked her about the damage and whether they had any more to sell. The manager checked, said no, and went back to her task. Because I still wanted the mat, I asked if they could offer a small discount. The “manager” cut in and rudely said, “I can only do 10%.” Let me be clear, I wasn’t looking for a wild discount, but I would’ve appreciated a “I’m sorry about the tear in the rug, I can offer a small discount for the damage.” Instead she was dismissive and seemed disgruntled that I would even ask. Customer service and tone goes a long way."
"I love this store, they have great candles and kitchen items. They sell a lot of artwork and wall decor. Staff is always super friendly!"
