"This is the second time I have been here. The first time was about 10 months ago and when I was there no one offered to help me, even when it was obvious that I was waiting for help. I finally left.. This visit, the door was locked with a sign stating appointment only. Also, that they would open the door if it was between appointments. In addition the sign states not to bother calling to complain, that they have heard it all. How rude!! There are no customers in the store (and parking lot) that I can see, except for a female sales associate. Well, 2 strikes and you are out!! There are plenty of other stores that want the business and have fabulous customer service and products!! See ya!!"

"This store carries beautiful designer merchandise and has unique and elegant home furnishings. However, the sales staff was extremely rude and unaccomadating on two separate occasions. They acted like they were doing me a favor and had a very bad attitude. I wouldn't expect such poor customer service from such a high end store. Unfortunately I will not be going back and would have trouble recommending this store."
