"Selling something to a pawn shop is already taking a hit on the full used value. But these people are simply incompetent. No wonder there’s literally nothing to purchase in the place. So you’re selling anything, don’t even bother going here. I had an offer for a $1000 camera at another pawnshop for $400. Decided to come here to check that offer and they wanted to give me $100 for it, I just considered a slap in the face. I’ve also been playing guitar for 20 years and brought a $2500 Guitar in i purchased in high school high school, and the woman thought she actually knew something about them and offered me $150 for it. Didn’t even realize the difference between a Mexican made Guitar and a US made one. She looked up that looked the same one online and said “see look these are made in America” but really it had the address of the company and right above that it said “made in Mexico.” Laughable. I wasn’t even really looking for the money just more so space and getting rid of things that I don’t use often. Still even if you need the money go elsewhere."

If you come here don't make negotiations with Cindy you might end up not even selling your merchandise. Not a lot of inventory at the moment, but there was some really nicely priced jewelry so I will definitely be back if I have something else to sell or if I’m looking to make a jewelry purchase. "The current manager Joseph has really seemed to turn things around. It's a friendly place to be and the products in my experience have been inspected well before being placed for sale. The staff is very knowledgeable. They do training at that store so the amount of knowledge from associate to associate may very. But find Joseph and he will have the answers"
