Since I hired a new pool company, there has been no recurring problems that Kristen constantly made excuses for. The new company solved it in ONE visit. Go ahead and hire her. You'll quickly find out that my review is not fake.] Anyone who has really had Preserve Pools clean their pool knows this 5 star rating was paid for. Kristen is the rudest person. She has no customer service skills, sells you expensive equipment that she doesn't know how to maintain, and her skills stop at skimming. Michael took off and left it to her to run. I doubt they will be in business 5 years from now. I was so happy to fire her! The new pool service took care of problems immediately that I had complained to Kristen about for years. She always made an excuse. The new company told me the reason for the issue and fixed it right away. Under Kristen's management, my family couldn't use the pool for the past 3 years. Also, Kristen doesn't know how to clean filters, even the $1,800, top of the line filter she hassels you to buy. I had to ban her from my property before firing her due to her behavior. Almost got a restraining order on her. She and the company are an absolute nightmare. They deserve a negative star rating. Review by a customer who always paid in full ahead of time."

"Awesome guys, quicker to show up and fix things than call you back but that’s a good problem to have. My grandmother in law has gotten to the point where she can’t take care of her pool anymore, but has watched all of her children and grandchildren grow up swimming in that pool so it means a lot to her to keep it clean. These guys have been there more than once every week working hard to keep her pool clean. Highly recommend them."

Michael and Kristen along with all their technicians succeeded in removing a large stain at the bottom of our pool where many others failed. They always get the pool looking great no matter how many leaves fall in, and believe me there are many many leaves! I wouldn't hesitate to give them my highest recommendation. ."

"I was referred to Preserve Pools by a contractor who inadvertently got a bunch of concrete dust into my pool. My regular pool guy could t solve the problem. They came spent several days taking care of the whole system. They identified other issues with the water chemistry, ungrounded wires, too small of a filter. I verified everything they told me. They fixed everything. They now service my pool. You can literally see the difference in the water. I can see 4 other pools from my deck and my pool has the clearest water of them all. I’d highly recommend Preserve."
