"Last October 2023 my husband and I shopped at Andrew’s Furniture Gallery. We were looking at swivel chairs and at one in particular. It looked about right for our purposes and as we looked it over David suggested that we take it home and try it. How nice, I thought although I was pretty sure the color wouldn't work but liked the idea of taking it home to see how it looked and how comfortable it was. Heidi drew up a receipt that to our surprise included a $150 delivery charge. Not inclined to make a fuss over the charge, my husband signed the receipt without comment although he and I did not appreciate how it was handled. The chair did not work and I called the next day and spoke with Heidi who gave me a pickup date, but made no mention of a $150 pickup charge. Heidi said she did and that’s a lie. We disputed that charge and the credit company agreed. Buyer beware!"
"I don't usually do posts, but this is my first post and I have to do this. I bought a table from Andrew gallery and when I got it home we noticed that it was damaged. We tried to clean it up and try to suffer and keep it. the table was noticeable damaged so we return the table and they gave us a credit for it. Overtime we could find nothing that we liked in the store so we decided to wait and then finally we found a mirror that we decided to buy. We took the mirror home and noticed that there were scratches under part of the frame of the table. We return the mirror and they ordered us another one upon getting in the second mirror home with noticed that there was a chip in the glass after we cleaned it up. I called the store and they said that the owner said she would not replace the mirror because there was nothing wrong with it I sent them pictures of the mirror to show her the chip in the glass she said when the mirror left the store it was in perfect condition. Also she said that the mirror that we returned was also in perfect condition an there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. And then she hung up on me. We still have 150 dollar credit with the store Which they can keep but here's the pictures This is starting at. The issues I have is when you buy something from a store it should not be damaged. The second picture is the first mirror. the first picture is the second mirror and you can see the chip in the glass which you can see when you're standing up looking at the mirror. This store receives good quality merchandise but they do not take care of it and it's damaged when you buy it. we bought the same items from a different store and it was in perfect shape. At a slightly higher price and in a different city."
"I was headed to look for a gift for my mother and I notice this burgundy suv behind me extremely close trying to get around and doesn’t realize we’re going to the same place. The lady swerves around me to the parking lane in front of me and screams obscenities at me and gives me the middle finger several times I notice her license plates says INAHURY and I start laughing and say to myself “that explains it” she became even more enraged and pulls out her phone and either records me or takes a photo and continues to curse and yell. Needless to say, I didn’t not bother shopping there when I realized she was in fact going inside to work."
"I used Andrew’s Gallery to order a Lee Sofa to match one already in my home. After sending the correct measurements for the sofa to David at Andrew’s Gallery. David asked for a style code. David never checked to make sure the style code matched the sofa dimensions. The new sofa came in almost a foot larger then the one we measured. The Gallery would do nothing to make the issue right. Beware of these people and this store. You’ll get better customer service from RH or Wayfair."
"They do you have some beautiful pieces, but the lady that was working in the store with Sandy blonde hair and looked to be a little older than middle-age was extremely rude and not personable. I asked about any discounts that they would offer and she made me feel very inferior to her. I did not leave that store feeling good. Treat your customers a little better"
