"I will never go back here. 7/29 I was the 2nd person in there so they weren’t crazy busy. My nails are chunky, the guy did not even see if the hands were even, so nail length do not match what so ever. made my nail / cuticles bleed on 3 different fingers and tried to hide it with paint. Kept using the filer way to much the sides of my nails look god awful. $60 not including tip, worst job ever."

"Reviews clearly are based off WHO does your nails. The lady who did my nails did a poor job .. I had to tell her what I want multiple times. Such a simple thing. She keep recommending things to me that’s I didn’t want.I asked about the prices of nails she keep repeating in a whispering voice “ every nail salon charge this price .” I say no every salon does not. Anyways $70 for this ugly jelly beans looking nails 0/10. This women has dark rooted hair and the rest brown. Not recommend"

"Where do I start???? This place is what Charleston needed and didn't have enough sense to ask for it! Amazing does not even begin to describe my experience. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, the floor plan is open but still able to lend some privacy for services. Spotless. The staff was kind and happy, which makes a huge difference and it wasn't a fake happy, they were all very genuine in their handling of each patron. If you enjoy adult beverages they offer several different wine options, including sparkling wine. If you don't indulge they do have water available as well. It was an indulgent experience and well worth the pricing structure. Treat yourself and splurge on the "Royal Pedicure". Notice to all you other nail spas, STEP YOUR GAME UP! Royal Nails is here now, you should be scared. Their customer service alone is going to have the better half of Charleston getting their nails, lashes, and waxing done here. The only drawback is the parking because it shares space with Outback and a liquor store but even if you have to park across the street, do it! You don't wanna miss this experience!"
