"I either love it or hate it most of the time hate it and regret cutting it. I have seen some very talented barbers and great haircuts walking out somehow it's never my hair. Maybe it's the barber. Update : after applying product it doesn't look too bad. Awful when it's dry. Communication needs to do better though. You ask for something and they do something else."

"The barbers are very talented and provide excellent quality haircuts. However, I have been subjected to a long wait (20-30 min) WITH an appointment booked. which involves an extra charge. I have been a dedicated customer, but I find it unfair and wrong to charge for a service at a specific time and not deliver. Also, no management information is posted or anyone available to address this recurring issue to. Overall, the quality of work is great, yet the wait time and cancellations without notification do not equate to the price charged. Thank you for your consideration and time."

"Best barber I've ever been to. This place is the real deal. Yes, the wait times are atrocious, yes, you'll be there a while if you didn't make an appointment. That being said, it's 100% worth the wait. This is one of the few places I've found that can actually cut my hair well and by far my favorite. I'll keep coming back even if the wait times are long because the quality is there."
