My hair came out so light . I wanted golden blonde and it was extremely light . I just wanted to get out of there. When I got home I felt sick to my stomach! I will not be returning!"

My mother went back into Vintage hair studio to explain to the manager Lauren how the stylist ruined her hair and wanted her money back. My mother is upset and crying. Lauren was very professional about this and took care of the matter. Renee tried to fight my mother and was threatening her saying she would “beat her ass”. Renee was very very rude and did a terrible job. Renee was screaming at my mother in front of the customers, Cursing at my mother, which was totally un called for. Go to this place and see Renee if you want your hair ruined. Will not be returning."
