"We spent over $9,000 dollars on drapes for 1 room, the communication was terrible. The drapery installation in our home was done 5 months ago by Karen's company. The drapes fell completely from our master bedroom wall onto our custom sofa and flooring. We immediately had our personal contractor and myself inspect, to our surprise she used 3/4" wood screws into sheetrock with no anchors or molly anchors. Her company only used wood screws in sheet rock to hold up brand new $9,000 drapes. We have had nothing but issues from broken promises on time of turnaround to lies about billing. The motor and hardware that her company used initially was un-acceptable quality to us. It's the Little Things LLC invoiced us and billed us for the installation as a turnkey project, however when things went wrong she immedialty back pedaled and blamed her installer and ask us to have them deal with it, not the owner of the business. She hides from anything that doesn't go right. We would never ever recommend It's the Little Things to anyone in Spartanburg SC. Once again this is within 5 months from new installation."
