The hair cut was 6/10, and the woman cutting my hair personality was a solid 1/10. I've had some great people cut my hair here, but this lady was terrible. I had a terrible haircut experience."

"I have been going to this location from the day they opened, I have probably gotten over 100 haircuts in this location, so it pains me to give a negative review. However I am dealing with a pattern of bad haircuts this year. 3 out of my last 4 haircuts have been terrible. The hair is cut unevenly, one time the stylist used a trimmer that left so many marks on the skin and it was hurting for days, I even complained that her trimmer was too sharp. Obviously every time you go it’s a hit or miss who you are going to get, however management needs to make an effort to understand that the people working are meeting basic quality requirements or not. As a customer I am not sure who to complain to or how to elevate a bad hair cut. The haircuts I have gotten recently are so bad, that I have my people laughing and am even being asked why would I go there. I wonder if I need to find a new business now…."
