"Details of experience: staff was pleasant and got me in same day. Was very apprehensive about going to a new salon. I spoke over the phone about the color choice and wanting a cut. When it came time to appointment with Amy we met for 10 minutes she determined I only needed a partial could and started the process. Let me say my highlights are good. The cut however is easily 4 to 6 inches shorter than was I showed a picture of. (The picture was of myself in the past). I have naturally curly hair and if I show a pic of a shoulder length haircut, as knowledge of hair, you leave a little length as it'll bounce shorter with the curls. I did let her know after I was home that I was unsatisfied as I was in shock at the salon, to which she stated she asked if I was sure and that she wanted me to give her another chance and would be more careful in the future. I'll let you be the judge of what I wanted versus what I got. The first 2 pics are of the style and length I wanted. The 3rd is what I got. After reaching out and telling Amy my feelings about the cut I was met with not so great reaction. My confidence and self worth have been shattered. This salon doesn't appear to be up to date on what is in style nor willing to take criticism about what to do better in the future."
