"I had some furniture damaged by movers and I saw some good reviews regarding this company. The moving company called him and got an estimate. I called him since it is my furniture after all, and I wanted to ask to see how he planned to fix the pieces (a large chunk was missing from the one piece) just so we were all on the same page. He returned my call initially and left me a voicemail. I called back a few days later and never heard back. Finally I texted the number. He responded once via text and I asked if I could schedule a time to talk to him and ask some questions. He never responded. I asked the moving company about it and they contacted Brendan. These are the words from the moving company: "Brendan said that he does not want to move forward with the job. He said he has been restoring furniture far too long and does not feel like he has to have a phone interview to do a job that only costs a few hundred dollars". Apparently, asking a few questions about how my family herilooms would be fixed is too much to ask for from Brendan. Very unprofessional company and man."

"I purchased a new unfinished door from a local company but they would wouldn’t recommend a company to stain it, so I began my search. I’m so happy I found Brendan! I had the door delivered directly to his shop and met him after delivery to select stain, he was very patient and applied several choices to help me see how the stain color looked on our specific wood. After the door company picked up the door from Brendan and installed I noticed a few issues with the stain. Brendan responded immediately to my concerns, Todd came out to our house and made everything perfect! I love the new door and the stain job was the jewelry that finished it off!
