"I’ve tried to stay with this place but they make it hard to support their business. First my lash artist was run out and I had to start going elsewhere to still see her. Then I tried to stay for waxes with Abby. She always did a good job but today I was told I don’t value her time for showing up a few minutes late to appointments. Mind you, I always ask to book at 3:45 or 4 but she encourages me to book at 3:30 so she can stop working at 4. You book an appointment 5 weeks out and they give a reminder at the 24 hour mark. I realized I could not make the appointment once. Of course there is a policy that you get charged for the full service within 24 hours that the owner chooses to implement. How convenient that the reminder text for the appointment came at Monday at 3:44 and the appointment was Tuesday at 3:30. Most places would just take the deposit. I came in for my rescheduled wax because I like to maintain my integrity and show up for Abby just to be asked to pay for two full waxes. I’ve been a client here for 3 years+ and was not shown any sort of grace. All I have to say is check your bank account for charges anytime Lush Language has your card on file!"

"*Now put on steroids for 6 days. I wouldn't be so bothered by the whole situation if the company would have offered me a refund. Guess I should have asked/demanded one but didn't want to be labeled cheap or a Karen. Don't waste your money and risk them damaging your skin/eyes. I wish I took more pictures of how it looked when it started peeling but honestly it's embarrassing I have to go to work like this. Went in for a lift and tint as a gift to myself for my birthday. I have only had lift and tint done twice and the lady that did them last time no longer works for the company that I went to so I decided to go to Lush Language based off reviews. When leaving I noticed it was a little red in that spot but thought it was just from her rubbing/cleaning up the area after but when I woke up the next morning it was more red, peeling, puffy and it stings. *Update it has been 6 days now. My eye lids are still red,itchy and peeling. I'm not really happy, there are some eyelashes laying flat/ sideways. Looking back now that is probably why when she took after pictures she focused on the other eye and took a few of just that eye. I feel like I just wasted so much money. *Note I have still not applied mascara or any makeup since the visit because I'm waiting for my eye to heal. Also I waited 48hours instead of the recommended 24hours before getting them wet. Update* Almost 3weeks later my eyelids are still peeling, red and puffy and I cannot wear makeup to hide it because I don't want to cause anymore irritation. On top of wasting my time here I'm now going to have to pay for a doctor's visit that shouldn't have been necessary. *The last two pictures are my current state. It embarrassing to even post but if it helps save someone else from wasting over $100. like I did than at least I get something positive out of this whole ordeal since you can't just return a service. I really hope my skin goes back to normal after this. It looks horrible and this is with medicine on it when I wake up in the morning it's flaky and more gross looking."

"If you’re looking for a welcoming place to get your beautiful faces more beautified then this is the place! I was super nervous getting my eye brows done as just about anyone women is! When I walked in I was greeted and even though I didn’t have an appointment they were super friendly and fit me in! They did a splendid job and I’m definitely coming back! They did exactly as I asked and didn’t take too much off my eyebrows and they were very considerate of this being my first time! They even allow you to lay down and relax on a very comfy spa type table as well! I definitely left with a confident boost! Thank you for your time and patience!"
