"I had a bad experience at a different lash place, it was REALLY BAD. I had never been to Butterfly Kiss before but I am so glad that I did. Philicity did amazing fixing the damage another lash artist did. I had swollen eyes, and missing lashes. She removed them and instructed me on how to care for them. I came back a few days later and they were much better, no longer swollen just SO SHAKEY the entire time…. But she did AMAZING! She took her time, and applied the lashes beautifully even though my lashes were sparse and my eyes were shaking. She assured me that it was okay when I was worried my eyes shaking were affecting her work. She was so sweet, and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Everyone that was there at the time was very sweet and concerned for me, even though I wasn’t their client. 10/10 go see Philicity! They are the best! (I don’t have a photo of just the lashes but here’s a picture of me two days after they were done. The other picture is the before…. [yes it was bad ]"
