"If you're looking for cheap, online furniture... Keep moving, this review won't help you. But if you're looking for high quality materials, craftsmanship, and knowledgeable people, may I suggest Uncle Jake's? My wife and I were looking for a dining room table and chairs and we could not find anything at other furniture stores that looked good and was made with high quality materials. We walked into Uncle Jake's storeroom and was immediately greeted by Tripp who showed us around, answered all of our questions (in three separate visits), and helped us customize our table and chairs - style, wood selection, finish, and upholstering. He was up front about the lead time that we should expect, as this was going to be custom-made. Tripp and the team communicated with us throughout the process and when the table and chairs were delivered to their warehouse, we were immediately called. We could not be happier with the product and service from Uncle Jake's. Pro tip: order an extra table leaf. When they build your table, the grains will match and the finishing will all look the same. If you go back months or years later to order a leaf, it's virtually impossible to get an exact match- the wood, temperatures, humidity, etc. will all be different. We got two additional leafs and they store nicely under the table!!"
