Reviews
"A mainstay of the Charleston brewery scene. Some of the best beers in the entire town. A truly unique dining experience not often found throughout the world."
"So let's start with a good... The cheese plate was phenomenal! Quality and savory cheeses paired with nuts, apple butter, and baguettes. It made me feel like I was having a fine dining experience in my home. Now for the not so good...... I ordered the shrimp po boy and it just did not be my expectations. It was extremely spicy to the point of overwhelming the flavor and the shrimp was a bit overcooked and salty. The bread was very soft and delicious but I just think that this was a weird twist on a shrimp po boy. Not my favorite at all. The crispy garlic potatoes or okay. I was expecting them to be packed with flavor but the dish relied too heavily on the toppings and garnish. The potatoes themself were very mediocre and average. Keep in mind that I have this as a delivery so I am willing to try this place again based on the cheese board. But I will try different items"
"Fun outside area and nice inside. I had the Vegetable Curry. Absolutely delicious! My boyfriend and his son had the fillet and baked potatoes. Both said they were perfectly cooked and really hit the spot. The service was spot on. The inside dining area was freezing cold. Noticed other customers feeling uncomfortable with the temp as well. Be sure to bring a sweater or jacket if you'll be sitting inside."
"Just visiting Charleston and went for a late lunch and sat at the bar! I had the Papaya Mango Sour and it was so good, so many different choices. I had the Korean Rice Balls and the rice and beans. The bartender took good care of us!"
"You'll get really good food at Edmund's Oast - and you'll pay out the nose for it. Surprisingly, their excellent beer is reasonably priced. Let's start with their cheeseburger - hands down one of the best burgers we have ever had. The ceasar salad with shrimp had fresh, crispy lettuce, good shrimp, a good amount of parmesan, and a good ceasar dressing. Butter noodles for kids were tasty. The beers are always good, and they have a great variety. Ambiance is very cool, and it's just a neat place to go. It's just that the food is overpriced, not for the quality, but because lunch shouldn't cost $65 when it only includes one $7 beer. But seriously, get the burger."
