Daddy's Breakfast + Espresso

"Daddy's came to my place of work. As an espresso enthusiast, I was excited to see an establishment boasting "Espresso" in their name! It did not disappoint. I was skeptical at first, because I've had a really hard time dialing in the Hologram blend from Counter Culture on my home setups. But once I tasted Daddy's expression of it, I could immediately see why it is called "Hologram". The espresso is bright and vibrant, with a good, fruity acidity. On online home espresso forums, there's an adage passed around that "the best espresso is the one you make for yourself." It is a rare occasion when that saying is proven untrue, but Daddy's did it. I highly recommend for coffee enthusiasts. And I haven't even mentioned that the breakfast burrito I got was one of the best I've ever had..."
