"I could give paragraphs .I’ll let this review do the talking I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone. Service is horrible worst service I’ve ever had all three times it’s been awful food is pretty good honestly too bad you have to wait an hour to pay for food that is INSANELY overpriced. Worst pricing I’ve ever seen. 4 dollars per tender is an insane ask 12 bucks for three tenders outrageous. Besides the price I’d like to reiterate how awful the service is it would take way to many words to even begin explaining."
"I usually love eating at Wingstop franchise restaurants. However, I would say be super cautious when ordering here and look at all of the chicken in your box after ordering. Not to mentioned I ordered online, and when I arrived to the store they couldn’t find my order. So, one of the male associates (I forgot his name but he was super sweet) search the cashier and then all of the online orders begin printing. I ordered a 10 piece wings combo on December 4th, Monday night and after eating 2 of the chicken, and grabbing another towards the bottom of the box one of the workers already ate off of one of the chicken and put it back in my box or they packed up one of their lunch boxes to give to me. This is super disturbing, horrifying and honestly disgusting! I have pictures shown below. Please please look in your boxes after ordering. I always heard of stuff like this happening on social media but never thought this would happen to me. Also, pay attention you will see some of the teenagers back there eating, or holding their phones with gloves on. I always love seeing teenagers working and commend them for doing but management needs to step up and have at least one manager on night shift!"
"The wings are usually good in the past. However this time 12/29/2023, 830pm, they sucked. I ordered 4 different flavors and they all tasted the same, no difference. The wings were the same type flavor, worst ever. Kitchen staff smelled of weed too!"
"After riding for 3 hours for a visit to MUSC, for a quick lunch at their opening. The restroom for the ladies had not been mopped, it was dirty. Frequently witnessed the cashier go outside for a “Vape” break. I tried a tea, I love sweet tea, I'm a real Southerner, but the tea was too sweet and was possibly non-authentically made. Because it gives you the option to choose the flavor of your tea. In honestly it tasted funny. The soda fountain needed to be cleaned and smelled horrible. I witnessed one employee go from one food preparation to the next without washing his hands. The only thing that saved this experience was the boneless wings; Lemon Pepper and Smoked Hickory Barbecue with Seasoned Fries, and Cancun Corn with Bone-in Wings! Coming back, based on what I saw, and smelled, I think I might look for another location."
"Hispanics aren't welcomed. Cashier said we couldn't place an order 3 hours before they close because they were closed already. We were speaking english to them. But they were telling each other that they can't help us because they can't speak spanish. They are racist for that. They don't want to clean bathrooms 3 hours before they closed 'because they already cleaned them'. She made sure to scream that across the restaurant at us while we entered the bathroom. And they helped a black person right behind us by telling them that they could place an order online and changing her rude attitude to a nice one. I took a picture of the girl lol. Her crocs don't fit and her braids could use some burning at its ends. And she didn't have a nametag. Your employee definitely needs some work all around and you lost us as customers or never wanted us as customers to begin with."
