"I ordered Mac and cheese on doordash. It used to be so good so I was looking forward to it. What I received was literal slop. It didn't even look like Mac and cheese. It was dry and crunchy with gunky cheese in it. Nothing like the picture which is what I was always used to it being like. I've been sick and hadn't eaten in a day and that was my go to back when I had covid so I decided to order some. I was of course incredibly disappointed. I called to let them know how bad the quality was. I was as nice as possible because I hate being someone who calls and complains, but it was really that bad that I couldn't believe they were serving it. I nicely asked if there was a manager I could speak to and the girl just put the phone down without saying anything. Moments later a manager answered. I explained the situation and that I understood they can't refund me since it was through doordash, but that the quality was just really bad. She just said sorry and that I'll have to contact doordash for a refund. I then said that the person who answered the phone was a bit rude for not saying anything and just putting the phone down. She then met me with excuses about how they are short staffed and had been there since the morning. I explained that I understand but I also work in customer service and that you just can't really do that. Then she finally said she will talk to her, which I'm not convinced about. I've worked in customer service for ten years and the manager did everything you're not supposed to do when a customer makes a complaint. Throughout all of this awful experience I still remained kind in my approach, and towards the end of the conversation the manager started speaking to me in that sickeningly sweet, condescending voice as if she was the one being inconvenienced instead of me. I'm sorry they are short staffed but I'm a customer and I gave their store free money because I got slop and no refund from doordash. I didn't do anything wrong and didn't deserve to be treated like that. That girl is not mature enough to be a manager. After talking to her and the other employee it was clear why the food was so low quality because they clearly don't care. If it bothers you so much to get a simple complaint then quality check your food before serving it. I wouldn't have left this review if it wasn't for how nasty they were to me. I would suggest spending your money somewhere better or at least only eat there so when it comes out gross you can get your money back."

"Two stars because this is the driest sandwich I’ve ever had. I got the grilled chicken club sandwich with a cup of soup on the side. The sandwich is mediocre, they usually add bacon to it had no bacon. The coup of soup I order was the potato one and it was just liquid and chopped green onions. Barely any potato or bacon or cheese. Usually the soup has a thicker consistency so I was surprised of how watered down it is… for $20 on one single meal it’s not worth it at all in my opinion. I ordered no pickle as well and I got a pickle. Just disappointed I’m pregnant and was craving this and now I’m sad…"

"Update!!! 7/13/23 Got the same turkey king club, strawberry salad, and loaded veggie potato.. They came in clutch again!! loaded up my potato, my sandwich was stacked with meat and veggies! The salad flavor wasn't my thing but no fault to the restaurant. They are becoming my go to sandwich delivery place. Please keep it up!! Old: My experience was through DoorDash delivery. I have no comments on the store or workers. But let me just say, they LOADED up my food. It was amazing. Got the king club but no bacon no ham. The turkey was stacked high and had great texture, it was fresh and sliced just right. Got the veggie potatoe with veggie chili. The sandwich was. so. good. well put together. To who made my sandwich, keep doing what you are doing! Amazing service! No complaints from me!"

"I ordered a Cesar salad with added onions and bacon and a side fruit cup. I decided to pick it up for lunch. I'm so glad that I did because it gave me an opportunity to check my food before I left. When I opened my container it was a half salad and they put the fruit cup inside. I actually ordered a whole salad and fruit cup on the side. I had to take it back in the store and they corrected my order and they were apologetic. I asked if they put dressing on my salad and the team member said no it should be cups in the container There were no dressing cups in the container. The team members apologized and gave me my dressing. The salad was actually good and fresh. I wish they would have put more onions on it."
