"I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich from Zaxby on Sam Rittenburg Blvd. in West Ashley. They for whatever reason don’t pay attention or fix the food the way they choose too. I called and spoke to the Manager and explained the situation and she didn’t apologize or ask me to come back and offer to fix me another sandwich. I guess they don’t care about Customers. I see why businesses are closing"

"Haven't been to many Zaxby's but this is one of the nicest ones. The staff was very nice and super quick too before I even payed the food was basically ready. The inside of the store is also super nice like a proper restaurant. Also one other huge upside there is tons of parking."
