They were so freaking sweet, we had to wait a lil while (like 2 min) for them to finish making the fried pickles and they gave us cookies as an apology. "We are from Ohio so we don’t get to experience this much but when we do it’s always very pleasant. The food is great, the service was awesome (in particular Shelby and the gentleman who appeared to be the manager. "I used to like this location but they are now constantly making you wait 15 minutes at the curb, and still are not putting in the sauces you pay for… I do not want a call from corporate to “fix this,” just do better hiring and training. EDIT 3/20/23: Apparently when you ask for extra seasoning on fries, they’re giving you a cup of spices… I can’t anymore with this place. No bother contacting the person who replied. They will ask you to go into the restaurant for a small discount."
