"McAllisers is my favorite restaurant in Summerville. I love how convenient the app is and how easily I can customize our food without having to stand at the front of a long line and panic about remembering everything I need. The food is always made very quickly and delivered to the table, and the staff is always happy to provide you anything else you need. The only thing I could suggest is cleaning off the tables a bit faster. It's nice to know others enjoyed their meals, but seeing the same dirty plates your entire visit is a bit yick."

"Went here to grab lunch. Before ordering went to the restroom. The restroom was absolutely filthy!!!! Dirt and trash all over the floor. Toilets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. Poop and stains all over. Giant roach floating alive in the toilet. I can’t imagine that a place with a restroom that dirty would have a kitchen clean enough to order food from. We immediately left."

"I ordered the 4 cheese and tomato on warm ciabatta bread and it was really good, and very filling. We had to clean the table ourselves, the week before we came and I ordered the carrot cake and it was amazing!!!!"

"We used to love McAllisters for the good food and friendly service but we won’t be eating there again after our last visit in Summerville this past Saturday. Walking in the restaurant looked filthy, with tables not cleared and napkins all over the floor. My wife’s nachos had an old piece of chicken and a piece of dust on her plate! My knife was dirty and you could tell it had not been cleaned properly. If the standards are that poor in the restaurant itself, it makes you wonder about the standards of cleanliness in the kitchen. My wife gave feedback to the store via the website and she got a generic reply from a manager, which was full of excuses about new managers and staff members not being trained yet and that there is always a risk of cross contamination in their food. Cross contamination is a bit different to old food and dust! Gives the impression they don’t care about the low standards and there are way too many better choices to eat for us to even consider going back. Hard pass on this place"
