Jersey Mike's Subs

"We unfortunately had a horrible experience at Jersey Mikes today leaving us not ordering and finding another restaurant to eat at. This occurred around 5:30pm 12/31/23. We went in to get a cheesesteak and the staff said he had already turned off the grill for the evening. So, we ask for a turkey and cheese sandwich. He said the blade for the slicer was in the sink to be washed. We said we would wait for him to clean it. He went back and picked it up out of the sink, not washed, and started to put it on the slicer. There were soap suds still on the blade. We said to cancel our order because we are not eating meat from a soapy sudsy blade and he said okay. We left. We will go to the one in Hilton Head from now on."

"Don’t eat here if you don’t want to spend your birthday in the line. Had a half hour lunch and spent 22 minutes of it in the line. Ridiculous."

"I've eaten at this store on several occasions and it's hit or miss. I recently had one of their Turkey and Ham club subs. It had the flavor but I've had meatier subs at other sub shops. I couldn't believe how thin the meat was sliced for the $20 price tag I had to pay for a sub with no chips and no drink. I think I'll stick with the competition for a more filling meal."

"Never disappointed with the subs here. Lots of options to choose from and cannot really go wrong with any of the selections. The food is fresh and the staff is friendly. This business focuses a lot on giving back and being involved in local charities. If you haven’t tried one of their hot subs, you definitely should. They offer fountain and bottled drinks. There is also a very of chips and cookies to choose from as sides."

"A sub above. Having lived in NJ, I would always get a sub from Jersey Mike's. And it's great to be able to have them in other locations and now close to where I currently live. Their subs are made with fresh baked sub rolls. Be sure to try the Rosemary Parmesan bread as it adds a nice extra flavor to your sandwich. And when being prepared, be sure to ask to have it Mike's way. Mike's way includes your basic toppings of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, oil, vinegar, and seasonings.
