"Since my honest review was deleted, here it is again so y’all can come keep this in mind.. My stylist did not do what i asked, nor did she listen or take notes of what i was telling her along the way. I left with hair the complete opposite of what i asked for. I showed her inspiration & was very straight forward with what i wanted & was still disappointed by the end results. Completely overpriced for something i don’t feel confident in. I will now have to spend even more money to get it fixed & to get what i wanted & should’ve got in the first place. Def don’t recommend if you’re getting your hair cut or dyed from my own experience. My first experience & i for sure will not be returning."

"Sami cuts my hair, and she is so patient and understanding I just got my hair dyed, and she understood my vision. She even last minute dyed my bangs! Everyone here is amazing! My friend goes to the barber that works here as well, and he had nothing but good reviews of this business!"

"I truly had a horrible experience this month and it saddens me that this happened. I’ve been with this salon over a year and even told several people about it. I went in for color and extension install. Both I received and it was a horrible mess. Contacted Taylar to only hear she would charge me an additional $175 to fix the problem. I was in shock after $450 for the day and the extension cost at least that amount. In one day I threw away a grand and hrs of my time. After several text she said she would fix for $75 and I refused to pay a $1 more with the service I received. She should have NEVER allowed me to walk out her doors looking like she did. Whether this was intentional or her having a bad day I truly paid for it. It took me weeks before I decided to post anything about my situation because I was in shock and hurt over the situation. We had discussed going all brown and agreed upon that and then I get what you will see in pics. My wife was in shock and everyone I came in contact with thought it was a joke and a wig I had purchased to be funny. Pic will follow. I hate that a bad day in her salon has completely turned me against her and the business she runs. As someone in cosmetology school I would have never considered doing this to a client of mine."
