"I never go inside but have stopped going to and from home in a food kind of like emergency. I think I'm going to just go home and eat crackers from now on. Every time we've ever gone, it's not as good as most windies we go and this last time the fries tasted like burnt old oil. They weren't salted and the hamburger I had was mashed up and not even warm."

"We just left this location ordered a $5.00 biggie bag the order take did ok could be better. Get to the window he was cursing, hanging out the window talking about im about to tell these ppl we're close cause its slow. Proceeded to the window and received a kids meal size cup drink. Ask for the manager who name is Rodney I think...ask him about the cup and he says they ran out of cups... I tell him about the young man and he then yells out the name and says you back there in my window cursing!!! Please please give this location some proper training or put under new management!!"

"This particular store is very unprofessional. I bought two take out salads and upon getting home, found out that the chips for the taco salad had been left out. My husband went back to the store and complained and asked for the chips. Of course he was upset and said it seems like it’s always something that we get home without. One of the staff told him to get on out and don’t come back. Is it not allowed to complain about the service? And what about an apology instead of a “Get out and don’t come back.” ? We will take that staff members advice and won’t be returning even though we have used them frequently due to their location."

"It is always some mess at this location. Countless times of bad service! Very bad customer service! Please don't visit this location at night where the line is wrapped around the building and they take one car at a time order. Those who visit at night know what I'm talking about. When you get your order it's made wrong. Not only is the drive through bad, order a Door Dash order and anything is wrong. Three bad experience with Door Dash orders. At one point had to to call Door Dash to let them know and they tried calling them to where they don't get an answer to where Door Dash had to tell me to call the store myself. Still hadn't receive my refund. At this point Wendy's y'all keep the money to hire better a better team. Mall Blvd provides better service! I'm just weighing in on other to tell their stories about this location."

"If I could give negative stars this place would get -5 or more stars. Was there last night around 1115-1130pm after getting off work from working over 11 hours, hungry wanting something quick. The staff was very very unprofessional and not welcoming at all. I understand it’s close to closing time but that’s no excuse. The person that took my order on the speaker was rude and had an attitude. When I got to the window to pay she didn’t know what my order was, once I paid she said nothing; not even after I said thank you, just looked at me and walked away. Once I got to the window to get my food, they didn’t know what I ordered either. Gave me a wrong order and then started pulling food out the bag and putting other food in. At least she said you’re welcome when I said thank you. When I finally get home and sit down to eat the food was terrible. I ordered $5 Biggie Bag with double stack with no onions. Order was wrong. I got a cheese burger that had very hard bread, meat was hard and cold, and cheese was cold and not melted; fries cold and hard; and the 4 count nuggets only hard 3 oh they were hard and cold also. The only thing that was right was the bottle of water. The food was not edible. Absolutely nasty food! Not one person that was working would’ve been ok with receiving food like that, not to mention eating it. It’s a shame that people pay their money and then can’t eat what they pay for."
