"Came one evening where it seemed they were short staffed. So wait times were loooong. There was one female employee just standing around doing absolutely nothing, seems like management could’ve had her doing anything but just standing there looking crazy while the line was growing. I had about a 20+ minute wait for my food. When I received my whopper it was pretty good but was missing some ingredients. But I didn’t feel like waiting another 20 minutes for another sandwich. I see why people don’t like this location."

"It was a long day foe me personally a d my oldest had asked my wife and if he could pick dinner for his Birthday! At first we hesitated, but he insisted. I pulled up to an empty parking lot, maybe 3 cars on the line. I thought it would be quick. When my turn arrived, i have to give my order 3 times. To what sounded like 3 different young ladies. After few minutes they asked me to pull forward. I paid for my meal. They asked me to park off to the side that someone would bring it to my vehicle. I noticed an older gentleman that was waiting for his order also. He got out of his car just to express how upset he was that he had to wait foe 15 minutes just to place an order and another 15 to 20 to receive it. After a few minutes, i received my order........or at least i thought i did. (Sigh) for starters i check my order. I originally order 3 meals ( burger, fries, drink) and 2 extra whopper Juniors. What i received was 3 of the wrong burgers, the sides were supposed to be large, they were small. The drinks were large but were missing the flavorings. When i tried to get the young ladies that brought to order to me attention. She completely ignored me. Not once but twice...... at the end of the day, i was not satisfied with the service. More than likely i will not be returning to this establishment, until they can hire more associates to handle the rush."

"I am so glad Burger King is back open . They have better management team and also the food is fresh and fast!! Thanks to Van I think that’s her name! great customer service! I came in the inside didn’t wait long Van was on her team to move fast and have fresh food up!! Let’s get it Burger King and I barely eat fast food!!"

"Two young gentlemen working the kitchen and dining room by themselves. Food was hot and fresh and they were very attentive to the customers. They were killing it during lunch hour. These are the kids today that deserve a raise."

"All I can say is, wow. Rarely has there been incompetence and lack of any management or oversight at a level such as this place. The employees were more concerned with giving food away free to their friends than to customers who had paid for their food. In the 20 minutes I've been waiting, they've given away 4 meals, 3 drinks, and then changed out a burger they gave away that had mayo on which apparently shouldn't come on a free burger. 27 minutes. That's how long it took for my food to be handed to me. This was AFTER waiting 13 minutes to place an order. FYI, I was the ONLY person inside ordering, and they had 3 cars in the drive-thru. Go someplace else to eat. Unless you have 30 to 40 minutes to wait for your food and don't care that they offer no ketchup or anything else, and the place is dirty as a truck stop bathroom. My fries are cold and taste horrible. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. Also the number of flies inside the dining area remind me of the commercials asking for change to feed kids in third world countries...."
