"Chick-fil-A has stepped up their game with your mobile order. They now track your location and start preparing your meal so it is ready as you get there. There is truly no waiting. Chick-fil-A please notify your workers when there are changes as the server was asking if I had scanned in. The meal was great as usual and the staff member I interacted with was respectful."

"The manager at this location has an attitude. Chicken fingers seemed to be fried in dirty oil and not nearly as tasty as usual. When I asked for fresh cooked fingers, I was given 4 more poorly cooked ones after getting attitude from the manager. I asked for a refund and won’t visit this location again!"

"Food is always good. The drive thru is usually awesome and quick, this particular location, yes it is new, needs to have additional customer service training for some of the employees, lucky it isn't table service because some would not receive a tip, the only tip would be, they need to change their attitude. The lady working the drive thru Mary is her name , was rude didn't let us finish our order, cut us off while we tried to give her the rest of our order, didnt say anything except "whats the name " Told us if we wanted anything else we could ask at the window. The young man that brought our food is a sweetheart, and he apologized for the other employee being rude. This is one of our go-to if we ever get fast food, but we will go to a different location from now on."
