"2/8/24 I'm giving 5 stars for the Chick-fil-A franchise for closing this store and moving out of the Ogelthorpe Mall. The restaurants next to the space Chick-fil-A occupied and the mall ownership never could get the roach problem under control, So, to save their reputation, they closed and moved."

"This is the 3rd staight visit to a Chick- Fil- A where the sandwhich just doesn't taste like it used to. Whether its the oil it is cooked in or the seasoning i do not know. This last one was the worst. Fries good as usual."

"This Chick-fil-A is always quick with its service. The staff are friendly and food never comes out bad. It's always a perfect and quick trip. *edit* I come to this Chick-fil-A at least monthly and it still hits on all categories. Great location."

"I went to the location at Oglethorpe mall. It was late in the afternoon on a Saturday... More towards the pre-evening. It was mobbed! One of the employees was wearing a mask and every time she yelled "NEXT!" you couldn't hear her over the background noise in the food court at Oglethorpe mall. That's my only complaint. Because it was so mobbed the staff was drowning in orders. They couldn't fulfill them fast enough, but that happens. Everything else was great... The food, the service... Crowded atmosphere was a little bit of a problem."

"I can't believe I'm saying this about a Chick-fil-A! Horrible service, dirty, cold greasy food, and very unorganized. We waited almost 20 mins for our food, and they were fully staffed. Our food was cold, and my fries were cold, greasy, and burnt. The first set of fries I received were cold and burnt, the second set, the same. This location is run by kids and either needs an adult manager or needs to be closed down. I eat chic-fila-a at least once a week, so I'm aware of the quality it has. This location wasn't it. I'm never going back to this location. Truly unacceptable! I may call corporate, I'm sure they're unaware of this issue. **The pictures are of the fries I initially received and after I requested fresh ones. Both horrible.**"
