"My son had a appointment to get his hair twist & style at 9:30… so I dropped him off at 9:26 then went to work for him to call me back to tell me the girl said come at 11:00 so I had to turn around from to pick him up and take him home in Hephzibah… now I have to get off from work early to pick him back up from Hephzibah then take him back to the salon… I would have felt better if she would’ve called and reschedule… Update: I ask Mrs K Williams for a discount she declined the discount.. we all make mistakes as business owners but we must take full responsibility for our wrong doing … smh I wasted a lot of time & gas because of this not professional at."
