"I went for a French tip full set. Initially the nail tech said it would be $56 then she said something to her manager and then her manager said $80 plus the $3 credit card fee. I just agreed cause I honestly felt pressured to since she already started them. The nail tech was nice but her work was a solid 3/10. I also want to say I always get acrylic nails or gel nails and my acrylic has never been crooked like this before. So it’s not crooked because of my fingers or nail beds. The acrylic work was just sub par and she honestly looked nervous while doing the set. I don’t recommend."

"Not the best gel manicure. I was in town visiting and went to TL nails, the polish is bubbly and has dents and then one nail is smeared from the lotion he put on. Definitely won’t be going back when I come to town"

"Not a great experience. My friend and I branched out from our regular place. They were friendly but the service could have been better. They told us the online prices were old, plus the hours online weren't correct. We arrived at 9 but they opened at 9:30. The prices were already higher online than other places, then we're told they're even higher. The tech did not do a good job on my pedicure, I asked for my nails to be short and they're not, plus still rough edges that catch on my socks. She did one heel for calluses but not the other. Then when she finished painting my toes, she put toilet paper in between my toes. They don't have foam dividers I guess. She told us to walk over to the dryer, so of course my toes touched and messed up the paint and had to be redone. Overall not happy with our experience."

"The service was terrible. They took an hour and 15 minutes to finish my pedicure. The lady kept getting up and walking away mind you she was not needed for anyone else as I was the one of two customers there. She never asked what scrub I wanted just chose one. The lady who did my nails had to redo my nails cause as she was putting the finishing coat i noticed it was very streaky, and just looked like too much polish was poured on."

"Daniel was so amazing. I told him it was my first time in 10 years and he made sure to let me know that if I didn't like something to let him know. He was very attentive and made sure all my expectations were met. I will definitely continue to go with them for my nail care needs."
