"Need more educated employees that’s willing to help customers out instead of saying I don’t know it’s whatever your factory books is saying when asked to help with a smart key battery low alert on my Range Rover. Since that didn’t happen I went to another auto part store and asked the same question….and they response was ma’am we got you what is your make and model of your vehicle. As a business owner myself that was excellent customer service. One of my rules for customer service is listen to your customer’s questions or concerns acknowledge them if you are not sure what they are asking then tell them well ma’am or sir I’m not sure, but we will definitely figure out what you need or need done."
