"My grandmothers experience today... they need better management! This woman doesn't deserve to be in management positions if she has no regards for people I am so mad --Today at Grovetown Walmart off of the interstate on 12-20 -23 at 5:30 the manager was so unconcerned about a older man who couldnt find his wife. I noticed him at customer service in a riding cart while I was in line--he was looking so worried. I was in line for a long time. They called out over the intercom saying her name, which I couldnt hear.--- As we was walking out I noticed him walking outside, like he didnt know where he was, in front of cars. I got out of our car and walked up to him asking him do you know where your car is? Yes, he said but I cant find my wife. Making a long story short. Lester and a police officer stayed with him while I went back in asking for the manager --telling her that she needed to talk louder so his wife could hear her on the intercom ---SHE TOLD ME AS SHE WALKED AWAY THAT SHE DID ALL SHE COULD DO ----What is wrong with these people ---OLDER PEOPLE NEED TO BE HELPED WHEN THEY ARE LOST, JUST LIKE CHILDREN ---WE FOUND HIS WIFE WITH NO HELP OR CONCERN FROM THE MANGEMENT AT WALMART --He told me, Im worried that she could be passed out in the restroom or in the store somewhere, she has passed out before -----"
"Overall we’ve had good experience here except for today which yes, is promoting this review unfortunately. After selecting a pre lit wreath…we asked an associate nearby stocking Christmas if she would mind inserting the plug into an outlet to test the lights. She wasn’t sure of an outlet location nearby and asked another worker who later stated she was a manager. She looked up and said “we have no outlet's” in a dry quick response. I said, ma’am…you don’t have any store outlets? (In a bewildered expression). She stated…”we don’t have any for customers use”. I said well, you as an employee can do it -but if not can I ask for a manager. She stated…”I am the manager” I then asked who is your manager? She stated…”Timmothy”. We moved on & found a nice employee near the paint department who helped us with the lights and they tested fine after 1 second. Bad Attitude, rude, not willing to assist, etc….pitiful. If she really is a manager, heaven help this store after thinking of the slogan….OUR EMPLOYEES MAKE A DIFFERENCE. I attempted to get her name but she always had her back or side to me never stopping what she was doing with Christmas boxes. This prevented me seeing her name badge. If Walmart rep reads this and wishes to really look into this versus defending it…the time of incident was approximately 1030am and again at Christmas seasonal section over near lawn & garden. Shouldn’t be difficult to track down this rude person who states she is a manager."
"I love this Walmarts clothes selection, and the rest of the store is rather organized **EXCEPT** for the filthy bathrooms! I travel to this Walmart every week, 2 different times a day, once at 6AM and usually in the evening around the same time for my commute. At 6AM the bathrooms are disgusting when the Walmart just opens and in the evening even worse obviously. I’m only posting because this evening I saw a sign that said they were cleaning the bathrooms…. I assure you, they were not… the man emptied the trash and that was it. No stalls were cleaned, toilets, floors, or counter tops. I’m hoping this post gets seen and something is finally done about the bathrooms. All of the photos attached are the AFTER for the “cleaning.”"
"I prefer the Walmart Super Center in Evans and At Dean's Bridge Road!!! These 2 stores are very clean which is extremely important to me. They are also always well stocked which is also important. I am able to get everything on my list in one trip when visiting one of these locations."
"My recent visit to Walmart left me with mixed feelings. The first thing that struck me was the immense size of the store, which was quite impressive. However, it was apparent that the store's maintenance had been overlooked. The parking lot was littered with shopping carts, which didn't provide the best first impression. Unfortunately, during my visit, I also witnessed an individual attempting to steal items, which was concerning. This raised questions about the store's security measures and vigilance. Navigating the store was a bit challenging due to its unique layout that deviated from the usual Walmart setup. This made it difficult to find the items I needed and added a layer of frustration to the shopping experience. In conclusion, while Walmart's extensive space was noteworthy, my visit was marred by the neglected store upkeep, the presence of shopping carts scattered in the parking lot, and the unsettling incident of theft. The atypical store arrangement also made it harder to locate items. These factors combined to create a less than satisfactory experience."
