"I made an online breakfast order at 10am to pick up in the drive-thru . Drove about 20 miles to go get it. I arrived in the drive thru line at 10:22 there were 2 cars in front of me. I watched 8 to 10 cars in the line beside us order and move while the 2 cars in front of me didn't move. I got to the speaker at 10:33 and was denied my order. To make it worse they charged me repeatedly for the order I did not receive and then I was told I have to call a customer service number to get my money back. I thought Chick-fil-A prided itself on customer service. If I ordered it and paid for it at ten that order should have been ready and waiting. I wouldn't have ordered ahead if I wanted it filled once I had shown up."

"Employees in check out line were very rude and didn't take our order. They were too busy talking to eachother to talk to folks in line. We placed one on the app because of this. The manager at the window was not helpful. Had to wait an additional 5min for the food to be done after waiting 30min in line. Not at all to the standard of service you expect from a Chick-fil-A. We will not be back to this location."

"Food is usually edible. The drive thru is an excruciatingly long wait. Don’t be fooled into thinking ‘the line isn’t long’. Minimum 15 minute wait no matter how many cars are in line. Play area is still closed. Why? The interior was remodeled and they removed 1/3 of the seating. Why? Good luck getting a refill. I will still eat here. Why? It’s the only fila in this part of the city."
