Taco Bell

"So, out of the two Taco Bells near our house, this is the one we prefer. Usually, the food and service are on point. This last time, however, something had happened. They were sending away everyone who didn't have a mobile order (which, luckily, we did, so it worked out). This time, we also didn't get any of the sauce we asked for. That said, the staff is usually very nice, and the food it great!"

"I work a full time job where I work close to 70 hours a week and do not have the time to go pick up food. Every other time I DoorDash this food I order a breakfast burrito with NO TOMATOES. Almost every time I open it to see it full of tomatoes. This is unacceptable from this store when people pay hard earned money to eat the food. This needs to be addressed by corporate and fixed immediately. Very sorry excuses for workers at this store apparently."

"There looked like was only one lady actually working (shoutout to her) and two male employees were arguing loudly outside. Three people in line and it took 30 minutes to get food at 10:00 pm. Only ordered two crunchwraps and I don’t know if it was the lettuce or tomatoes handled improperly but the food made me horribly sick. The only good part of the experience was the hard working young lady who was friendly and doing her job correctly."

"Whoever is working the drive thru on 10/30 around 12-1pm is absolutely the worst employee I’ve come across in years. Showed no signs of customer service and acted as if showing emotion would just be the end of the world. I asked for 2 soft tacos with NO LETTUCE and of course they are filled with more lettuce than meat or cheese. 0 out of 10 would never recommend this establishment to anyone. See the picture below, and hopefully get rid of that employee asap."

"Employees hanging out the side door so one of them can smoke. Allowing smoke to come in the door. Floor was nasty. High chairs unusable. Tables nasty. Employees sitting around and say they can’t take orders, you have to use the kiosk, which is crazy. I guess it’s too much to ask someone to do their job now days. I’d love to see the health department pay a visit here."
