"Very poor customer service! I just don’t understand why customer service is not a priority at places like Burger King or McDonalds. But fast food places like chick-fil-a or Culver’s you will always receive excellent customer service like it’s apart of their training. I like Burger King food, especially the onion rings but it’s no wonder why they keep going out of business."

"I just left with cold rock hard nuggets, sloppy whoppers, and half cooked soft greasy fries! Get those young kids out of the kitchen with rude attitudes, impatient and playful behavior. This location was not like this when I first moved into the area in June. This is the second time btw!!"

"How do you not have any Swiss cheese for your Swiss cheese combo also who doesn’t sell shakes at dinner time there was nothing wrong with the machine all they said is “we are not selling shakes” why? Every time I come to this restaurant it’s always something."

"Staff was not present for two minutes while we were at the counter. When she came up, we asked about the non displayed menu. She advised it wasn't working and provided minimal information regarding the meal deals. We wanted an iced coffee, to which she replied it wasn't working either. The men's room towel dispenser was empty, and there was trash under the drink station. Multiple cars were parked by the front door, but no one was inside."

"Employees were rude beyond, menu board broke, we asked the cashier about the menu, she said very rudely its broke, I stated we are traveling , and dont normally have Bk, she then rattled off the first menu so fast couldn't understand, I was about to walk out, the employees cars are at the door, making it look like there are customers in the store. They ran out of biscuits when a guest ordered 2 sausage biscuits in the drive-through. Worst Experience ever."
