"Every employee we encountered or witnessed was outstandingly rude to every customer. Our toddlers were a little upset about getting their haircut in the first place because they’re toddlers. And we were refused service, I’d understand if the staff had made an effort or single attempt to work with us. But they threw their hands up and said they couldn’t do it. Really just bad attitudes and entitlement. They also treated every other customer with the same condescending attitude."

"Today was the first and last day in this place. When I entered it seemed like a good place but, when I saw the treatment of the only man working in that place, I began to have doubts. This African-American man, instead of helping my son feel more confident, made the situation worse. We went because my son was bullied at school because of the color of his hair and I wanted to help my son end that situation thinking that a haircut would make him feel much better! Unfortunately it wasn't like that, it ended worse! This man cut all his hair and without any shape or style. In addition to doing it wrong. Today's experience is very unpleasant. If I had respect, it was because of my son's presence. It was heartbreaking to see my son's eyes full of tears. Then, when I helped my son remove the cut hair, I realize that he also cut my son's skin. I wonder if your employees have the training to do their job? "Professionally""
