"I was so excited when I received a gift certificate for this Salon as I had heard some great things. I made a call yesterday all excited about making an appointment and nobody answered the phone which I understand as it was a Saturday and I'm sure they were busy so I left a message as the prompt advised me to do and I waited ALL day and no call back at all. That was very disappointing. I understood being busy but not even a call back at end of the day even if just to say sorry we were super busy how can I help or may I call you Monday morning? Guess I'll give away my certificate and hope someone else has better luck than me"

She does a great job and she’s so easy going, friendly, flexible and she gave me one of my favorite hair cuts I’ve had in a long time! Our stylist moved out of state and it took us a while to find someone we liked and we’re so happy we found her! My sister got her hair done for the first time after being in a serious car accident and spent a few months in the hospital. She was so happy after she left and we couldn’t thank her enough for making her feel beautiful again."
