"Literally called in at 1:55pm to check if the wait time was accurate. It was (91 minutes). I showed up and they said it timed out. I waited for over an hour after that and then one of the stylists left without saying anything to me. The other still busy cutting hair of someone who walked in after me. I do not have an issue with the staff and the quality of hair cuts is good but this is ridiculous. I will not come back here."

"Lexy is the best hairdresser I have ever had! I went from super long hair, almost butt length to a side cut with super short hair. I get so many compliments on this cut. Everyone at this location is super nice, professional, and great at their jobs!"

"I asked to give him a nice clean boys hair cut for summer, and she gave my 3 year old son a straight up bowl cut. I couldn't believe it. Kept waiting for her to cut the top and blend. Nope. Ended up doing some doctoring up on his hair myself and took him to another establishment. Nice people but horrible styling. I couldn't believe it when she said she was done. I looked like, are you not seeing what I am seeing? Never again."

"If I could leave a zero I would. The gentleman who served me at the Belair Rd store on Sunday 7/23 was disrespectful. I could have handled that but he then preceded to get upset when I said I do not like haircuts. I did not disrespect him in any way just the fact that I do not like to get my haircut. I did not notice till I saw that he had not followed my instructions and cut my hair way too short. He said it was an inch longer than last time when in fact there was not an even one inch left on the sides. At that point there was not much I could do so I let him finish butchering my hair I paid him and left. If you want a high and tight he is your man but I didn't. I wont be going back and I hope this review warns other before he gets a chance to do the same to them."
