"Review on Customer Service Only— I like the booking process. Selecting services snd times through a web app is super easy. I did this, but today I got an automated text message my appointment was cancelled. No voicemail explaining why or to offer of a different time or date or different stylist or modification to my service selections. Just, you’re cancelled. To use an old Full House quote: “How Rude”. This action, or really lack of it, to me shows a lack of communication and customer service skills."

"Went to Ulta to buy one product and I left without it, because they wanted me sign up for an Ulta account. They asked several times and I said no thank you. Then, the associates told me even if you DO have a receipt the item couldn’t be returned because I don’t have an account with them!?! This is crooked business and forces customers to sign up for something they don’t even need! A receipt should simply be enough. I’ll never shop at an Ulta again because of this."
