"So glad that we did not order mobile like the previous BK. The previous BK at the exit prior does the same stuff to avoid having customers yet posts fake 5 star reviews to keep from getting busted. We were told that they couldn't take our order for 15 minutes because the 'terminals were rebooting'' 30 minutes prior to closing. Reported fake reviews and will be contacting each franchise owner and corporate as well. Wendy's was booked solid due to BK "rebooting". If this franchise cannot be run properly, then sell it to someone else."
"I didn’t really eat here because I’m unable to. We went in and we were standing in the front for 10 minutes. The ladies were chatting loudly at the back. Nobody came to take our order. We were second in line. The person ahead of us must have waited even longer to put in her order. There are no cars in the drive through either. What’s happening."
"I really wish I could give 0 stars to be quite honest. The manager here is useless. I don’t understand how I place an online order and they gave the order to someone else. When I asked, if they could remake my order because they gave it away to the wrong person, the manager said “You’re out of luck. You’ll need to request a refund”. Like how hard is it to give the correct person the correct order? Do your job; no apologies or anything, just excuses given. The black younger female Manager (looks like she is in her 30s) and location is just useless."
"I didn’t know Burger King served Tacos!! It’s literally smaller than a fry. This is not even a full or half of a chicken patty. Onion rings and fries were awesome- well done"
"The food is almost inedible. The fries were stale. The original chicken sandwich was sad and tasted like burned oil. The sweet tea tastes like syrup and there were like 3 melted ice cubes so it was warm which made it even worse."
