"Arrived hoping for a good meal. There were atleast 15 tables open and the restaurant was practically empty and the hostess said there was a 30-45 minute wait to be seated tonight. Not exactly sure what was going on there. We left and had to settle for Waffle House."

"Very awkward first visit coming from our of state, apparently they were short staffed, waitress memorized or order and the next table and the next so she had to come back to correct the order several times, starter salads came after the meal, we checked in just around 6:30 pm and were told they were out of salmon for one of order, meals for a party of four came one at a time about ten minutes apart, the birthday person had his order delivered last of the group and had to wait even longer because the kitchen forgot his steak so the manager had to cook a new one. We didn't even bother to mention that we were having a birthday celebration, the host seemed intoxicated but not sure. All employees were polite, too bad they were not better organized. We didn't complaint, the restaurant was already in caos, we just took the punches Rather go elsewhere next time."

"We walked in and waited to be seated. Other people walked in and got hugs from the bartender, who still didn’t speak to us. A waitress walked by twice with food for a table and later drinks for another. There was no sign saying seat yourself, we are short staffed or anything. No one seemed interested in helping us. Stood there for 10 minutes, guess we the ignorant ones. Have had great service and experience in the past. I hope management is happy with the way the place is being run, I won’t ever be back."

"Our waitress was very nice and food was typical of Applebees, not amazing, mediocre. The other waitress near us on the other hand was aggravated and kept loading glasses up on the counter and nothing was getting cleaned."

"Our server Nathan was amazing!!! 10/10 handled our separate checks, confirmed orders correctly, and consistently checked on us to see if we needed anything. Made sure we always had what we needed and had a great attitude despite being the only server on. He sang happy birthday with our group and was overall really awesome! We called back twice to see if our friend left her wallet and were placed on hold without them muting their side of the phone and to our surprise heard the woman we assume is the manager, say “this is why people get their food spit in because they play too much” Nathan was great and double checked for us. Sad and disturbing to hear people actually speak that way about serving others especially being in the service industry ourselves. Sounds like she should take up a different profession. But we love Nathan!!!"
