"My first inquiry with this firm, was to ask for the cost to move a 5th wheel RV trailer 180 miles (from Google Maps) from a location about 30 miles east of Route 81 in Cortland NY to Cowlesville NY, a few miles off of Route 354. A day or so later, I was quoted $425.00 Then two days before the actual move date that was previously scheduled, the fee changed to $680.00 There reasoning - exact address was not previously provided and the mileage changed. If that's the case, then Google Maps was off by 100 miles. I don't think so! A lot of time spent to coordinate logistics between various parties now has to be re-done due to there last minute fee increase of over 60%."
