"Me and my partner ordered the jerk chicken meal. Every item was a different temperature. There were no plantains. The chicken was cold and dry. There were hardly any peas, the rice was really dry. For some reason there was 6 metric tons of hot cabbage. Can’t believe I paid that much to eat so little."

"I visited this restaurant and the service was well below zero. The server who prepared the food was nasty towards me and very disrespectful while other customers witnessed his behavior. I would never return to this restaurant nor would I recommend it to others. I am traveling from Delaware and was hoping to support a black owned restaurant but I left totally disappointed!"

"Some of the best food I have tasted in a long time in the area. You can taste all of the seasonings and feel like you're somewhere else in the world. The food takes you to another country. The owner is great and can't wait to physically go to the location. Only had the opportunity to enjoy this food multiple times on base from the food truck."

"My review has been revised and updated due to originally rating Jah’Nya’s Caribbean cuisine a 1 star back in February 2021.I tried it once and never tried it again until I had no choice but to give them another chance once their sister restaurant New Jade Island Cuisine closed. Not too sure why they closed down.. but New Jade Island Cuisine had the BEST Jamaican and Haitian food in the lowcountry. Jah’Nyas must have changed their recipe to match and learned something from the cooks at New Jades because when I went back to give their Jerk Chicken, rice and peas, plantains and cabbage another try it was absolutely delicious! I wish I ordered two large plates instead of one that night."
