"Note to management. It's never a good business decision to lower the quality of your offerings. Food (flavor) was and mostly is still excellent. As food cost have risen, don't add more non main ingredients and less advertised ingredients. Recent chicken and wild rice soup was mostly onions and celery with white rice. This has been experienced with other once delicious items. Hold tight to your past standards and raise your prices if needed. Lowering standards will hurt in the long run. Food cost probably will always continue to rise. Cost for convenients would rise at the same time. Your customers will pay a few more dollars for what you provided in the past"

"I’ve picked up dinner on the go quite often over the last couple of years. I am always amazed that the meals are very delicious and satisfying. I see some people have complained about the heating instructions. I have found the heating instructions are almost perfect if the dish is at room temperature going into the oven. Refrigerator cold takes longer and changes the texture of the food. I ❤️ The Kitchen!"
