Papa Johns Pizza

"They use door dash. Pizza was late, driver across street different apartments delivering so long my pizza was cold. I ordered 2x extra extra cheese and bread showing through center of pizza. Did not even have normal cheese. Manager said I was wrong. Offered to show with pic. I Paid $47.00. Sauce so thin looks like fine mist like the owner made my pizza to save money. 4 out of 5 times my order has been wrong. I could go on but not enough space."

"Terrible management. I had a terrible experience here and don't recommend this place to anyone. The shift manager was SOOO RUDE. I ordered 4 pizzas online and sent my brother to pick them up. He got there, and they gave him 3, and he asked if there was a 4th. They said no, and so he left confused. The labels even said 4 pizzas, but he didn't know to check it. When they came back with 3 pizzas, I called, and they knew the exact pizza they missed. The first call they said sorry, and i asked them to deliver it. The rude manager called back and said the only way to get the 4th pizza was to come all the way back to the store or pay the $5+ for the delivery fee (or credit the pizza - I'm from out of town so an in-store credit wasn't an option). She was unwilling to eat the cost and somehow tried to blame it on me and make me go back and get it or pay an additional fee. Ridiculous. She hung up on me when I was bewildered at her, basically putting the liability and solutions on me. Never go here!!! Worst pizza experience ever. I used to work at PJs when I was a kid for a few years, and the culture is drastically different from the way my manager ever treated anyone. Wish I knew something would be done, but I'm positive that the lady doesn't care about anyone."

"Patience with these fast food franchises is at a near end. The photos speak for themselves. Pizza was undercooked and just overall poorly made. Guess I’ll just wait to see if I get salmonella symptoms"

"Bummed about how I received my delivery. As you see below, the delivery driver didn't care about our pizzas, or remember the complete order. There were also no tamper seal stickers on the boxes. I've had better experiences but the "manager" said he was too busy and didn't apologize either."
