"Worst experience here. Went inside because the pump wasn't taking the extra card to get the discounted gas. Inside was having issues as well and then manager older lady dark hajr- keeps her left hand in pocket. Said my account was on hold because we had spent too much on it that day- exceeded our limit. This was before 9am and was my first time using the card since connected to checking account. Leave my items cause not buying anything here when can't get gas. Go back to pump and use the app and suddenly it works. Go back inside to get my items and tell the lady their system is messing up because it worked through the app at the pump. She got a nasty attitude of I can't argue with a computer and I told her I was just informing her that she might want to report it because if it was giving me issues it would probably give someone else issues. She continued to argue and I said please just ring me out and don't talk to me anymore. She snapped I can't ring you out now..you can just leave and that it was my issue it wasn't working. Worst customer experience and honestly has me deciding I will drive out of my way to any other gas station and avoid this one at all costs."

"I’ll start by saying I give the actual store 5 stars all day long. Always have a great experience and the staff is on point. As far as the car wash, it’s not terrible but doesn’t thoroughly wash like a lot of the other comparable car washes do. I wash my new car entirely too often and am pretty particular. I probably bought 15-20 washes before committing to the monthly pass and made the decision today to cancel it and find another car wash. The lowest side panels between the wheels always has black tire grime that has to be wiped off. The wheels don’t look any different, the bugs on the front still need plenty of attention. Btw the vehicle is low to the ground. Might have something to do with it (2019 BMW 430i)"

"I would not recommend this store at all. They never have what you order. They never offer to make any and when asking for a refund they cant do that either. All they do is offer something else that I dont want. I spoke directly to the manager on more than one occasion about this and was promised that it never happen again, yet it always happens every time. Also, I was told to leave the store along with several other patrons when their electricity went off during a tornado. The manager on duty told us to leave and locked the door behind us. The weather was so bad the trash barrels outside the store were sailing through the air and tree limbs were coming down. It was later confirmed that a tornado went through that exact area at that time, but yet we werent allowed safe haven inside the store and had to weather the storm outside in their parking lot. "The gas station is great... Car Wash not so much. More than a dozen times in the past month I went to use the car wash that I pay a monthly fee for and has been closed? Closed during operating hours with no reason? In the beginning they did a great job and now they have kids running it. Why pay for a monthly membership if you can’t use it?????"
