"I've never had a company come and do work at my house, break items they had no business touching and then accuse me off purposely breaking my own things! Left cigarette butts on my property, left without telling anyone and didn't finish the 2nd quote to replace my light. Sent a 2nd tech who told me what I should buy to fix the light myself! Also, he felt the need to turn on my swim jets which just had been fixed and I was advised to not turn on for 24 hours. I finally get a call from some fella after a month of calls, emails and texts. Who basically said they wouldn't have broken my timer because it doesn't have anything to do with the filter they replaced. My response was my pool jets do not have anything to do with quoting a light but your tech needed to mess with that! I advised that I was going to dispute the charge, their response was they have A LOT of experience fighting disputes. Bottom line, they will not back up their work and will not ensure their techs do not damage your home and they will fight you to get paid what they didn't earn."
"Mary and Bob at Paradise Pools and Spas installed our pool way back in the 80's. We still love it as much today as the first summer it was built. We've only used Paradise since that time. The Goose Creek location is also fantastic. Keith is always ready to help. Great to have a local pool store you can trust. A+ company."
"I’m not sure where to start. We ordered our pool October of 2021 from another pool builder. Fast forward to January 2023 all we had was a fiberglass shelled installed ( incorrectly I might add). Our original builder went out of business. I called Chris at Paradise Pools and him and Will came out and looked at everything. From then on it has been smooth sailing. Will and Andy are true professionals. Will told me ,he needed to pull the shell and reset it. They pulled the shell out and found that nothing had been done correctly. So they reshaped the hole, set the pool and redid all the plumbing. Once the pool was set Andy came in to setup our automation and get the equipment up and running. Everything went like clockwork. Let me tell you, Andy knows his stuff! After a year and half of headaches and destroyed yard from the original pool builder we now have a beautiful pool that we can finally enjoy thanks to the team at Paradise Pool and Spas. I highly recommend Paradise Pools. I would give them 10 stars if I could. After everything we went through it’s good to know that there are still good companies out there that still care. Will, Chris, Andy and the whole team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts."
"Our pool was installed in 2013. We had to have our liner replaced in 2023. They came out to replace the liner and told us the light was not installed properly and they would not be able to get it out so the liner would need to go over the light fixture. Mind you this was a paid for upgrade and paradise was the one to install the pool I called and spoke to Mary the manager. She told me that since it was out of warranty (liners typically last 10 years so no warranty would ever have covered it and you wouldn’t know of the issue until the liner needed replaced) they would do nothing to reconcile the issue but if we wanted it fixed she could surely give me a quote on that. She then proceeded to threaten to pull her guys off the job since we clearly weren’t happy with previous work. Mind you this whole phone call was simply a conversation no hostility, yelling, or anything. Simply a customer asking a company to reconcile their error. Also note at this point the old liner had been already taken Out of our pool and the job was 80 percent paid for. So due to me requesting they fix something they messed up upon installation that would never have been caught until replacement of the liner was needed I would have been left with a torn out liner, still a light that wouldn’t be useable and an unusable pool until we got waitlisted with another company. We have used this business for everything concerning our pool even down to our chemicals and have been loyal customers. I am very sad this was the customer service we were offered and will think twice before recommending them to anyone or ever using them for a pool again."
"Will and his crew did an amazing job. They kept the damage to our yard to a minimum and provided the install as perfect as possible. They are true professionals who came in under budget and time. I highly recommend Paradise Pools and Spa for a fiberglass pool install. Thanks Josh,Will, Mike, Chris, Jenna and all the team that made the experience so great! Hope you are safe during this horrible time. Thanks Eric"
