"Went in for breakfast at a not busy restaurant. Kai was my server, and one of the worst servers I’ve ever had. Ordered an all star and a sweet tea. She never brought my sweet tea but still charged me for it. Didn’t get butter for my waffle. I would have asked for both of those things but she never once checked on me. I sat at the bar next to the register so it would have been real easy to at least ask how is my food. Won’t be going back to this location ever again. If you can’t serve, please find something else to do that you might be ok at. Worst server ever"

"We were travelers. Looking for a good place to dine. We decided upon Waffle House, which upon first thought may not be the “best” place. However. It was the best place. It was the most amazing place. We were greeted when we came in by Ms. Felicia. Her friendliness is unmatched. Her kindness and grace, unrivaled. Even though she had worked over 40 hours in 3 days. I knew she was tired, but she didn’t let that slow her down. She suggested food for us to enjoy and even offered whipped cream for my kids waffles (which they enjoyed greatly)! She even tried to get me to buy into a pumpkin spice waffle. Sorry, but I just can’t. Gotta have the original! Haha. Once we ordered, Mr. Terry got to work cooking and plating our food. I’ve eaten at a lot of Waffle Houses over the years, and never been given the type of dishes he created. They were delicious, hot and expertly prepared. The atmosphere that Ms Felicia created only added to our enjoyment. The jukebox was playing, she was singing, we were singing.. we laughed a lot during that meal. I started by saying we were traveling. We’ll be back that way soon. And you can bet that we’ll stop back by that Waffle House and see Ms. Felicia and Mr. Terry once again. Waffle House should be honored to have them working there, and count themselves lucky to have such competent, dedicated employees who make their guests experiences so memorable. Whatever they’re paying them, it’s not enough. Nowhere near. We’ll remember this visit for years to come."

"Went in to this waffle house at 1 o'clock in the morning. There was 1 person running the show. He put his best effort into my meal. Ordered eggs, Sunnyside up, and they were nice and shiny on the top like they should be. I was talking with another customer about the good job he was doing. He said he had 2 children and was doing what he had to do to support them. Remember that the next time you go into a waffle house. They are paid very little, so please tip them well."

"We were only the second table in an otherwise empty restaurant. Server was nice but clueless. Pretty sure both she and the cook were high. Not a single item on either order was correct and we got several items we didn't even order. All in all, the bill was about $5 short. We weren't upset. Again, they we both very friendly. It was just weird."

"This was my first time at a Waffle house and won’t be the last. What a wonderful team! We were treated like long lost cousins by everyone. The waffles were perfect. The team leader gave me a tip about adding a little honey to the edges of my Pecan Waffle and it was a perfect combination. When the experience and food are both excellent you have a winning combination. Waffle House execs should visit this location and congratulate everyone. Can’t wait to return!"
