KFC

"I have been here several times and each time they don't have extra crispy chicken ready. You would think they would have plenty on hand in the afternoon. I will say the lady who helped me was very nice. People should be told if crispy is not available when ordering. The best Kentucky I have visited is in Barnwell SC the store is always spotless excellent service and always have what you order. I decided to give KFC one more chance. It was a mistake I ordered it online and when I arrived it was not ready. I was told it would be 19 mins for extra crispy. I asked for a refund and was told would need to do it online. I asked for chicken strips and one with potatoes and gravy and one macaroni and cheese. I got a container with just gravy no potatoes. I will not return, why they don't ever have Chrispy Chicken. Is beyond me. Who gives gravy without potatoes. Service was bad. If I didn't live so far I would have taken it back. Surely they can find people who care about the customers. .."

"Chicken was cooked good. They brought back the sauceless hot wings, one of my favorites. Had to wait a little bit even when ordering ahead online."

"Ordered two meals. After we were told one meal would take 2 minutes (pot pie) we were told the original recipe was not available for the 2nd meal; the pot pie took almost 15 minutes. Had to get a refund on the original recipe meal and end up taking the other meal with us because we then had to stop elsewhere for another meal. There were other people waiting and looking disgusted at the wait. I haven’t tried the pot pie yet; sitting in a parking lot waiting for a take out from another restaurant. Highly unorganized store."

"We never get the correct order and are rushed to pull out of line to check it. Just to have to get back in line and be treated poorly. Never get the sauce we ask for."

"Had to pull around and wait for my food which is fine. But tell me why about 15 mins into waiting we see one of the KFC workers walk over from Taco Bell with a big order. 4 drinks and huge bag. Lmao WHAT?!? So many people are waiting around front for their food because they're down a cook in the kitchen. Sending them off to get taco bell for everyone. And I was missing half my order!? Lol"
