"We did the restaurant week special with the 6 oz filet mignon. It was our 4th time here and it has been great. We had the Crabcake appetizer and she crab soup, both were excellent but my steak seemed a little small for a 6 oz filet and slightly overcooked. My scallops tasted burnt and were overcooked and the mashed potatoes were lukewarm. I still ate everything but it felt like something is off in the kitchen. Perhaps it was the amount of people on a Sunday but not the same experience as in the previous visits. I would still come back since this is my wife’s personal favorite."

"Outstanding!! This place was amazing, from the delectable drinks, to the mouthwatering food, to the fantastic service, this place was top notch and a definite new favorite place for our date nights! Worth every penny. Frank was one of the best waiters we've ever had. He constantly checked on us, kept our drinks full, and cleared empty plates. When one of our dishes wasn't perfect, he got it fixed without hesitation. The food was absolutely delicious! From the melt-in-your mouth lobster mac n cheese, to the juicy steaks, everything was beyond exceptional! Thank you for this great experience!"

"We have dinner at Saludas every time we come into Columbia and sometimes we come just for Saludas ! Food is delicious, space is clean, service is knowledgeable and friendly. Atmosphere is quiet and romantic."

"5 stars doesn't do Saludas justice. The atmosphere while dining was very elegant. We really liked how the overhead lighting put a spotlight on each individual table, giving it an intimate feel. Our server Cameron was very attentive but didn't hover. He also made a couple of good dining suggestions that were dead on. Which brings me to the food. EVERYTHING was de....licious!! I had the Brine pork chop, and it was the best I've had in a long time. We were visiting from out of state, so we likely won't get to visit again anytime soon. However, if we are in Columbia S.C. again, we will definitely stop by Saludas."

"Absolutely wonderful spot to have a date night! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed eating here in Fivepoints. We ordered the ribeye, scallops and Caesar salad. The ribeye was cooked to my husbands version of perfection (mid-rare)— it was so tender and juicy. The local mushrooms were a nice touch and had great earthy flavor. The scallops were velvety and melted like your butter with every bite. The beans and rice was amazing and reminded me of a similar dish my mother law cooks from her native country. The cease had sweetie drop peppers which were a great mix of sweet and spicy! I loved that addition. We absolutely loved everything about this spot. The food, the service, eating on the porch enjoying the fountain and music in the park. The only suggestion I would make is to arrange a few 2 top tables at the railing if the porch and not just 4 tops. I know we’re have enjoyed have a front row view. Can’t wait to come back!"
